Crispy Chili Chicken

Necessary materials

  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Chili powder - 2 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Dry chillies – 4
  • Lemon - half a lid
  • Color powder – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Oil – required quantity for frying
  • Caraway – 2 per Rs
  • Salt - as required

recipe

  • Grind dry chillies and green chillies separately in a mixer
  • Add all the powders except garam masala to the chicken, add green chillies, dry chilli paste, lemon juice, salt as required and keep it in a bridge for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours take it and add garam masala and keep it for 5 minutes
  • Pour oil as needed in a pan and when it dries, add the chicken pieces and fry
  • Delicious crispy chili chicken is ready
  • Serve hot.
  • If too salty, squeeze some lemon juice
  • If you want it to be crispy, cook it for 
  • little longer on medium heat
  • If the fire is too high, the chicken will burn.
