Crispy Chili Chicken
Necessary materials
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Chili powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Green chillies – 2
- Dry chillies – 4
- Lemon - half a lid
- Color powder – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Oil – required quantity for frying
- Caraway – 2 per Rs
- Salt - as required

- Grind dry chillies and green chillies separately in a mixer
- Add all the powders except garam masala to the chicken, add green chillies, dry chilli paste, lemon juice, salt as required and keep it in a bridge for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours take it and add garam masala and keep it for 5 minutes
- Pour oil as needed in a pan and when it dries, add the chicken pieces and fry
- Delicious crispy chili chicken is ready
- Serve hot.
- If too salty, squeeze some lemon juice
- If you want it to be crispy, cook it for
- little longer on medium heat
- If the fire is too high, the chicken will burn.
